Jenny Carlson is a veteran operator who has sat in nearly every seat of a brokerage—agent, manager, compliance lead, coach, and consultant—bringing more than two decades of practical, in-the-trenches experience to every stage she leads. She founded StreamLine Agents, Inc. in 2004, a transaction coordination firm known for high-volume accuracy and expert execution. Before that, she served as a business consultant, and earlier gained cross-disciplinary perspective in insurance and title—a foundation that still fuels her risk-aware, contract-strong approach.
A licensed REALTOR, Jenny has served as a brokerage compliance officer, business manager, and designated supervisor, and she frequently acts as a contract coach and brokerage setup consultant for firms that want clean operations, happier agents, and fewer surprises. Most recently, she launched StreamLine Marketing Pro, a CRM and marketing company built specifically for real estate professionals—simplifying lead flow, follow-up, and brand presence without the tech overwhelm.
Jenny is also the author of Embrace the Journey: Balance Purpose and Progress — A Journey of Goals, Growth, and Grace, a practical deep dive on turning goals into grounded action (with room for real life and real grace). Sean represents real estate agents and brokers, developers, private investors, entrepreneurs, and private financial institutions in both residential and commercial transactions. His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate documents, including purchase and sale contracts, loan documents, closing and conveyance documents, lease agreements, and corporate operating agreements. He also has extensive experience examining and performing due diligence on property title issues, as well as advising on general corporate matters, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, and the drafting of partnership, operating, and shareholder agreements. Many clients choose to work with Sean because of his integrity, experience, and expertise.
